Why you are not getting what you want - 4 easy steps to find out

Do you feel that sometime you are attracting things you don’t want?

You can take an assessment of what you are putting out there and figure out what you might be doing (or not doing) that is influencing your ability to attract more of what you want.

4 steps to find out

1)      Have you removed the words Don’t, Not and No from your vocabulary?

2)      Do you talk about what you want?

3)      Are you thinking (and feeling in the process) of the things you want?

4)      Are you observing what you are getting?

If you answer “no” to any of these questions, it is probably the step you need to tweak in your attracting process.

Today’s action to attract good vibes: Pay attention during the next few days to the words you use, what you talk about, what you think about and what you are observing, it is all in alignment with what you want?

Happy Valentine / How is your LOVE life?

I love valentine day, for the chocolate!!!!  I also think it is a great time to reflect on the status of your love life and relationship.

Today if you are single and feel left out of the celebration, you can change that in an instant.

Also if you are in a relationship and have a little grouch about how the day is developing, you too can change it in an instant.

You know the main question: So what do you want?

If you are single, start your list of qualities you would like to attract in your next partner. Find a minimum of 25 qualities, beside Tall dark and handsome. 

If you are in a relationship, think of what you would like from your partner today or in the next few days, hugs, compliments, appreciation among others.

Today’s action to attract good vibes: Take a few minutes to reflect on the status of your love relationship.  Ask yourself what do I want at this time in my love life?

Resetting your Vibration

The law of attraction is checking your vibration at every moment of the day.  By the way, you can only hold and offer one vibration at a time: Positive and Negative.

What Law of attraction is finding is up to you.  Make sure it's finding a positive vibration.

The reason you want a positive vibration it's because law of attraction is matching what you are offering at all time.

Imagine a big "RESET" button. Every time you complain or see lack in your life, just say "RESET" and re-phrase into a positive intention in order to offer a positive vibration.

Today's action to attract good vibes: Pay attention at what you're saying and the emotion associated with it (your Vibration).  If needed just say "RESET" and re-phrase your words in order to offer a positive vibration.

3 words that can change your life

We heard in Michael Losier's clip from the previous entry that by avoiding 3 simple words, your vibration will change for the better.

Those 3 words are: Don't, Not, No

Every time you are about to use these three words or they simply slip out, just stop and re-phrase into a positive statement.

For example, if I say:

"I don't want to go out tonight" it should be re-phrased into "I prefer staying home"

"Don't call me after 9pm" it should be re-phrased into "Call me before 9pm"

"I don't want to see an action movie" it should be re-phrased into "I would like to see a comedy"

By making these simple changes in your communication (written and spoken) it will literally require you to re-think and ask yourself: What exactly do I want?

Today's action to attract good vibes: In the next few days, when you catch yourself saying don't, not and no, re-phrase your request into a positive statement.  Let people know exactly what you do want.

Law of attraction and your Vibration

Three words that seems to be on everybody lips lately: Law of Attraction. 

I love it, lots of people are talking about it and want to implement it in their lives, but there is still a little bit of struggle on how to make it happen.

One of the key factors with the Law of attraction is your Vibration.  It is the feeling you have related to what you want to attract that will determine if you will attract it in your life.  The vibration you are sending is important.

You can only hold 1 vibration at a time and it can be either Positive or Negative.

So what is your vibration now?

Action to attract good Vibe:  Today, pay attention to the vibration you are sending out.
